Next Level Service & Payment Policy

Before We Begin

We've put together this agreement so you know exactly what to expect before your service appointment. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing, clear communication, and professional mobile marine service from start to finish.

1. Overview

Our Service & Payment Agreement explains how appointments are scheduled, how billing works, our cancellation policy, payment terms, and what you can expect during your mobile service visit. We encourage every customer to review this information before signing.

2. Scheduling Your First Visit

A signed Service Agreement and an Initial Service Visit Fee are required before your first appointment can be scheduled.

 

Your Initial Service Visit Includes:

  • One (1) hour of labor

  • One (1) mobile service call

  • Initial Inspection, repair recommendations and diagnostics

  • Professional recommendations

  • Written repair estimate (when applicable)

Please Note:

  • Required for all new customers

  • Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received

  • Cash and checks are not accepted for the initial service visit

  • Credit card payments are subject to applicable processing fees

3. Labor & Billing

Our standard labor rate is $175 per hour after the initial included hour.

Billable time begins when our technician starts traveling to your scheduled service location and ends when the technician leaves your location.

Billable time may include:

  • Travel

  • Diagnostics

  • Troubleshooting

  • Repairs

  • Testing

  • Parts Installation

  • Time spent obtaining required parts or materials

4. Payment Policy

A valid payment method is required before scheduling service.

By signing the agreement, you authorize Next Level Marine LLC to invoice and process payment for all approved labor, parts, materials, service fees, and applicable taxes.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4A. Military & First Responder Discount

Next Level Marine, LLC proudly offers a 10% discount on labor charges only for Active Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, and Law Enforcement personnel. This discount applies to labor only and does not apply to parts, materials, service call fees, travel charges, taxes, processing fees, shipping, or any other fees or expenses. Proof of eligibility may be required before the discount is applied.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments reserve technician time specifically for your vessel.

Your Initial Service Visit Fee may be forfeited if:

  • Your appointment is canceled without reasonable notice

  • You are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time

  • Parts have already been ordered

  • Other reasonable scheduling circumstances occur

​

If the required agreement and payment are not completed within 24 hours of scheduling, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

6. Mobile Service Conditions

Our technicians perform service at marinas, docks, residences, storage facilities, and other outdoor locations.

Scheduling and repair times may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Tides

  • Boat accessibility

  • Marina restrictions

  • Environmental conditions

  • Equipment limitations

7. Repair Expectations

Marine repairs can uncover issues that are not visible until work begins.

If additional repairs become necessary, we'll contact you whenever reasonably possible before proceeding with any additional work.

​

Completed labor and installed parts are non-refundable.

8. Boat Accessibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vessel is reasonably accessible and safe for service.

​

Additional labor charges or rescheduling may occur if access is restricted or unsafe working conditions exist.

9. Parts Availability

Repair completion times may vary depending on manufacturer and supplier availability.

Estimated delivery dates for parts cannot be guaranteed.

10. Customer-Supplied Parts

On occasion, customers prefer to supply their own parts or sourcing of parts for repairs. Customer-supplied parts are installed without warranty.

Next Level Marine LLC is not responsible for defects, compatibility issues, or failures of customer-provided parts.

11. Communication Authorization

By scheduling service, you authorize Next Level Marine LLC to contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding:

  • Scheduling

  • Estimates

  • Service updates

  • Invoices

  • Payment reminders

  • Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.

12. Photo Documentation

Next Level Marine LLC may photograph your vessel before, during, or after service for documentation, warranty support, training, or marketing purposes.

No personally identifiable customer information will be shared without your permission.
