1 ECU reflash license for newer Tohatsu MFS30B/C

HP output will be 35hp and 37 with extended rev limiter.

The MFS30B will make 35hp when tuned and if you want the extended rev limiter to get a full 37hp then add that in the comments on order.

The fuel and ignition curve is optimized for 89 octane (95 EU for outside North America) or better fuel, Torque limiters are raised to a safe level. This allows Outboard EFI to easily get to the max HP and slightly beyond.

Since this is in BETA testing we will expect feedback.
