HP output will be 25
Did you know the DF9.9B is the same basic angine as the DF15A and DF20A? This allows us to tune them all to a well tuned 20 that will make 25HP. The only difference from the factory is a small intake restrictor and tuning. You must run modified tuning to remove the restrictor on 9.9 and 15 models.
DF9.9B and DF15A models will require a new intake seal SUZ-13832-89L00. If you are sending the ECU in to OEFI the license will now come with the seal.
The fuel and ignition curve is optimized for 89 octane (95 EU for outside North America) or better fuel, Torque limiters are raised to a safe level. This allows Outboard EFI to easily get to the max HP and slightly beyond.
